The MC54HC04AJ is a High-Performance Silicon-Gate CMOS. The device is identical in pinout to the LS04 and the MC14069. The MC54HC04AJ inputs are compatible with Standard CMOS out-puts; with pullup resistors, they are compatible with LSTTL outputs. The MC54HC04AJ consists of six three–stage inverters.
